Hey guys...been a while since I dropped a post here, I've been a bit busy with school and stuff
Today I wanna talk a little about water and its benefits...water is a common liquid we find around us yet not many are aware of it's benefits in the body and overall health of an individual,here are things I'd like you to know about water
**Water is a refreshing drink that hydrates the body,some people prefer taking beverages to water with the excuse that water is plain and "boring". Thing is,water will do you more good than those beverages especially because it hydrates your cells and 70% of the human body is made up of water,in other words,we need water to survive.
**Water aids in weight loss regimen,yes you read right,in my previous post I was talking on weight loss tips and water happens to play a significant role in weight loss
When water is consumed,it gives a filling effect,which is why it is advised to drink water 30 minutes before and after eating,most people watching their weight do it and this action of theirs prevents them from consuming much food
I'd advise for you to consume at most 60cl of water before and after eating(trust me,its gonna take a while before you get used to it)
