Okay guys its been such a long time since I've posted something on my blog and I'm so sorry for that,I've been conducting a bit of research concerning fruits and vegetables and I'd like to she'd light on them since they play an important role in weight loss
I'm going to talk about some relevant weight loss fruits and vegetables and highlighting
Their importance in the body
CUCUMBER
This is a very popular one, its composed mainly of water thus it contains little calories and it makes a really cool smoothie too, they are alkaline and also play an important role in regulating the level of acidity in the body. Cucumbers can be added in fruit salads and they can be eaten with rice 🌾 or even consumed whole but to make it more interesting you might wanna combine it with a fruit or two. Studies have shown cucumbers yo be relevant in fighting and preventing cancer too so you might as well start including them in your daily diet.
WATERMELON
This is another amazing weight loss stimulating fruit, they are made up of 90% water and they contain little sugar which makes them good for weight loss,they contain little amount of calories and aid your metabolism plus they fill you up reducing your hunger for food not to mention how light they are and easy to digest...
